This is a super quick and easy Christmas card to make! Simple punch out several circles using a 1″ Circle Punch and Candy Cane Lane Designer Series Paper. Adhere to a Crumb Cake card front and stamp the sentiment from Suite Seasons in Real Red Ink. Cut out the Ginger Bread man from the Candy Cane Lane Designer Series paper and attach to the card front along with some Candy Cane Lane Baker’s Twine and voila! A delightful card that is easy to produce but will be remembered fondly. Here are the supplies for the card:
This is another bundle from the Holiday Catalog that I fell in love with. It’s on sale right now, so if you love it as well, now is the best time to get it! Click here to check out the sale prices. I die cut Santa in Silver Glimmer Cardstock and backed it with Red Glimmer Cardstock. The card base is in Real Red Cardstock and then I used a small piece of the Candy Cane Lane Designer Series Paper to add the stripes at the bottom and ran a section of the Real Red 3/4″ ribbon across. I stamped “HO HO HO” in Real Red ink on Whisper White Cardstock and punched it with the 2″ Circle Punch. I used the Stitched Shapes dies to cut a Real Red circle and I mounted the stamped sentiment onto the circle with foam dots and stuck it on the ribbon. And a glitter Santa was born! Here are the supplies used:
This is the fifth and final card we will be making tomorrow. It uses one of my FAVORITE holiday stamps, the Father Christmas stamp set. Anything that is old fashioned or Victorian looking gets my immediate vote! I tried to combine old fashioned with modern (Washi tape). I did use Stampin’ Up! Watercolor Pencils to color in Santa. They aren’t in the current catalog but WILL be available to order starting in January. They are AMAZING. Color in an image, then use an Aqua Painter and brush water over what you’ve colored and voila, instant watercolor image. So clever! I hope to see you tomorrow at class! I can probably squeeze you in, I had a last minute cancellation, so email me if you’d like to come. Also, don’t miss out on the Super Holiday Savings at Stampin’ Up! They are clearing out their shelves as they prepare for a new catalog in January, so now is a great time to stock up on holiday card and project supplies. Click here to find out more. Here are the supplies used in the Jolly Father Christmas Card:
This was the first holiday stamp set I ordered from the Holiday Catalog! I loved the angel image and the sentiments! What’s great about stamps like these is you can watercolor them (which is what is done on this card), color them in with pencils, markers, etc. Design your coloring pages! I added a bit of bling with sequins. Apologies about the ribbon, it is NOT Stampin’ Up! but my order didn’t come with ribbon I had wanted to use so I had to improvise. I’ve listed the correct ribbon in the supply list below. This is the fourth project we will be making this Saturday in our December Card Class. Today is the last day to sign up, so email me ASAP if you want to attend! The supplies used will be listed at the end of this post.
Here is another adorable bundle from the Holiday catalog. This card features the Hang Your Stocking bundle and is the third of the five that we will be making this Saturday in class. There’s still time to sign up! Thursday is the deadline, so email me if you would like to attend.
Here are the supplies for the project:
Here is the second of the five projects we will be making this Saturday in class. It’s a cute reindeer card using the Cookie Cutter Christmas bundle. The images on this set are so adorable, a little Santa, Reindeer, Gingerbread Man, or Eskimo and a very clever punch that works with all the images. You have stamps and the punch that can create decorations to whatever you choose to make. Too much fun! Here are the supplies for the card:
It’s the Holiday Season! For some, that phrase brings excitement, for some anxiety or stress. Here is hoping that this Holiday Season is your best ever and that your holidays are filled with health and happiness! I apologize for the gap in my posts, I had to have an outpatient surgery and I SERIOUSLY underestimated my ability to bounce back and get back to my usual routine. I still have some struggles but it’s getting better and better.
I wanted to share one of the projects we will be making this Saturday! It’s using the Seasonal Bells bundle from the Holiday catalog. What’s so great about this stamp set is that it isn’t just a holiday stamp set, you can use it for weddings, anniversaries, etc. So versatile! This is just one of the five projects we are making this Saturday. I am so excited!! If you are interested in attending classes, please email me and we’ll try to fit you in. Typically we have room but the December class is getting full so if you want to attend, let me know ASAP!

It is NEVER too early to start working on holiday cards in my book. Textures are such an easy and fun way to add pizzazz to any project. One way to do that is through embossing and through ribbon. This is a very simple card but it looks elegant due to the texture, but it can easily be created and mailed in under five minutes. A perfect choice if you are mass producing holiday cards. Here is the recipe:
Don’t forget, you have until October 31 to buy three, get one free on paper! Don’t miss out, order yours today. Click here for details.
